3. Payments and Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription or service from Tavronique Dance, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until canceled.
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current payment information.
• To cancel a subscription, you must notify us at least 14 days before your next billing date.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• For monthly subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months or unused classes.
• For prepaid packages: Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase, minus a 20% administrative fee, provided no classes have been attended.
• For private sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• In case of major injury or illness preventing participation, special consideration for refunds may be given with proper documentation.

5. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner towards instructors, staff, and other participants.
• Arrive on time for classes and adhere to the studio's rules and guidelines.
• Wear appropriate attire and footwear as specified for each dance style.
• Not record, photograph, or share instructional content without explicit permission.
• Not engage in behavior that disrupts classes or creates an uncomfortable environment for others.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conduct guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

By participating in Tavronique Dance programs, you acknowledge that dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. You agree that:

• You are participating at your own risk and are responsible for your own physical condition and well-being.
• Tavronique Dance is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in our programs.
• Our liability for any claim, whether based on contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service related to the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity program.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tavronique Dance makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
